Daily Greens 2.0 Review

Daily Greens 2.0Daily Greens 2.0 does exactly what it says on the tin. It gives you your daily greens in a much easier way than you might think. Rather than having to chow down on salads and vegetables, instead, you can simply drink your daily allotment of greens.

In addition to being easy, this also allows your body to absorb far more nutrients than it ever could alone.

The 2.0 version of daily greens also allows for you to have moringa leaf and pegaga in your diet, in addition to all the other superfoods the packet has. For this review, we are going to be taking a look at the Daily Greens, but also at Focus Foods, the company that makes them. After that, we will dissect the different greens inside, and talk about the benefits you will see.

Finally, we’ll look at what the customers have to say and if the packet is worth your money. After we give our final verdict, the ball will be in your court.

Focus Foods doesn’t have an ‘About Us’ page or any pages that talk about the company or anything else. Instead, we only have the home page to go off of. The page starts out by saying that more than 10,000 servings of their plant-based formula were sold in one year and that most of their products are designed to be plant-based complete meals.

For the busy people who want to be healthy eaters, these meals can be eaten in under two minutes, and give you all the benefits of a 15-minute meal. They also offer a starter kit combining these meals with the Daily Greens 2.0 packets, as well as artisanal tea blends.

This is a great showing of their offerings and what they can offer someone looking to be more health-conscious, but aside from a small video showing off the founders, there’s not a lot of information about the company. We’d like to see a dedicated ‘About Us’ page that shows off what the company is all about.

Right now the home page shows us more about what the company offers, rather than who they are.

They state that the greens can help with problems like:

  • Boosting your immunity
  • Improving your blood sugar and cholesterol levels
  • Stopping inflammation
  • Weight loss
  • Promoting healthy skin, bones, and muscles.

Sadly, that’s where it stops. They don’t connect the ingredients to any of these benefits or tell us why these benefits happen. It’s a shame because some of these benefits are different than what we’ve seen in different super greens blends. We’d really like to see more connections and information about the benefits.

The only other main benefit is the ease of use. You can mix it with water, a liquid meal from the same company, or sprinkled on your food. We don’t see too many powders that don’t require water to work, and this is a welcome surprise.

The servings inside of the Daily Greens 2.0 packet are also prepackaged, so you don’t have to worry about missing a day or botching a measurement. Just grab one packet and pour, and you’ll be all good.

The taste of the product tastes like greens. It doesn’t have any flavors but the green taste might be overwhelming if you are taking it with just water. However, if you are mixing the drink into something or are pouring the powder on food, then the taste shouldn’t become an issue.

Spirulina

Daily Greens 2.0 isn’t shy about sharing its ingredients out in the open, and it only has eight ingredients:

  • Spirulina
  • Organic wheatgrass
  • Barley grass
  • Organic alfalfa
  • Organic kale
  • Moringa leaf (new to version 2.0)
  • Pegaga (new to version 2.0)
  • Chlorella

Nothing else, and with only eight ingredients to its name, we expect a lot from those ingredients. Again, they don’t connect the benefits to any of the ingredients, so we can’t really do too much here.

We’d also like to see how many greens that each serving gives us, as ‘daily greens’ often means different things to different people. Seeing exactly how much greens we get from the servings would be really nice. They do give out what’s in each serving though, and that is something.

In each serving, you get 41kcal, 3g protein, 4g carbs, near-zero fats.

They also don’t give us the ingredient weights, and surprisingly, don’t really give us access to the label. Most supplement websites have a clear label that can be clicked on, enlarged, and read, but the photograph of the label is not only turned on its side, but it is also blurry.

We can’t zoom in and find out more information about the product, and that can be concerning if you like to read the labels before you buy.

Since two new ingredients were added in Daily Greens 2.0, we would like to see more information about what effect those two ingredients have on your health and what changes they’ve made from the 1.0 version of Daily Greens.

What makes Pegaga and Moringa so special that they weren’t included in the first place? We’d like to see what these ingredients do for our bodies, and the effects they have.

There are 30 reviews on the website, with 25 of them 5-Star reviews, so the customers seem to like it. The reviews tend to focus on the taste and the ease of use of the individually wrapped serving packets. As well as all the energy benefits that the product provides.

Verified Buyer Miza M. says that she loves the customization that drinking the greens can provide in her 5-star review:

Daily Greens 2.0 – 1 month pack
Overall quality from the first glance is excellent.

The packaging comes in individual packs within a resealable pack.

Taste-wise I would say it is what it is – greens and versatile. It can be customized to your personal preference. I like to mix it with milk and honey, iced or hot, depending on my day.

After almost a week of consumption, I can see improvements in terms of my digestion and skin complexion. Still, don’t forget your water consumption to aid your digestion.

Overall, I am happy with the product. I am looking to continue once my 1-month package is finished. Don’t believe me?

Try it yourself and notice the difference. The outcome varies among us.

The customers seem to really enjoy the product and are seeing the benefits of it, which is always good. If you are the type of person who likes to read reviews before buying items, then you’ll enjoy reading these.

For a one month pack, it costs 25 dollars. This is one of the better prices that we have seen so far, as most supergreens go for much higher. For the 30 servings you are paying about $0.82 cents per serving, and that’s a good deal.

Additionally, you can subscribe and save 10% to pay only $22.20, and the subscription lets you have a monthly packet delivered on your schedule. There are no hidden fees, obligations, or anything else, and you can cancel at any time.

Then you can get a packet of Daily Greens delivered every 7, 14, 30, 60, and 90 days. All like clockwork, and you will never have to worry about running out. Given that one pack is one month, you might have to buy in bulk and then spread the greens you get out over the course of one to three months.

But if that’s what you want to do, you will be paying less and getting more. Who doesn’t love that?

So yes, it is very much worth the price. If you like it, then you have a great deal. If you don’t, then you are only out 25 dollars which is about the price of a good meal.

It is very hard to recommend this product, simply because there’s not a lot of information to go on. The store page reads a lot like a marketing brochure, and it doesn’t give us all the information that we need to make an informed decision. There’s very little about the benefits and the ingredients, sections are vague with no connection, and we can’t even read the label to find out more.

While the five-star reviews and prepackaged servings, along with the fact that it can be taken with food are advantages, we can’t wholeheartedly recommend this product to you. With that being said, we do recognize its low cost, and if you want to spend twenty-five dollars on a bag, then you can.

Give it a try, and if you notice some of the listed benefits, then maybe you can subscribe and keep on taking your daily greens in powder form, 2.0 style!
