We are curious to see what all is in this formula and if it holds up to all of its claims. So let’s dig a little deeper and see what we can find out about Equilibrium Daily Fruit and Vegetable Blend.

Equilibrium Nutrition hasn’t been around very long; in fact, it’s only been about two years since it was founded in 2018 by Dr. Cabral.

Dr. Cabral has done his fair share of research and studied amongst some of the best medicine leaders in the world. From India to China, Dr. Cabral became a board-certified Doctor of Naturopathy.

He has a mission in life to bring integrative wellness to as many people around the world as he possibly can. He created the platform EquiLife to assist him on this road to health and well-being.

EquiLife has an approach of empowering people to improve their health. They believe that things have to change in order to get better. We couldn’t agree more!

You will find that both the website for Equilibrium Daily Fruit and Vegetable Blend and EquiLife are designed to be informative and transparent. You will find this quote on its website:

At EquiLife, we test every single batch of our custom manufactured products for proper composition, potency, and purity. If any batch misses the mark, EquiLife won’t sell it.

Not only are we impressed with their philosophies, but we also think that the knowledge behind the brand is first-class all the way.

We are really excited to see what’s in the ingredients that can backup all these incredible claims.

While the list of benefits isn’t so long for Equilibrium Daily Fruit and Vegetable Blend, they do claim that they use 22 organic ingredients that provide a variety of important nutrients and phytochemicals. They also claim that you most likely won’t be able to get these through diet alone.

Here is a look at the benefits they are claiming:

  • Boosts Energy & Vibrancy
  • Supports Digestion
  • Powerful Antioxidants
  • Quick & Easy
  • 22 Organic Vegetables, Fruits, & Superfoods

As you can see, the benefits they list for Equilibrium Daily Fruit and Vegetable Blend is not at all what we expected to see from a team of medical doctors.

But what’s more important is the ingredients themselves and how they are being distributed in each serving.

Various vegetables in the market

At first glance, we can already see that Equilibrium Daily Fruit and Vegetable Blend is made up of some proprietary blends. This is already a red flag for us because we want to know exactly what we are consuming.

The use of proprietary blends actually hides the real doses behind the ingredients, making it nearly impossible to figure out if you are meeting your daily requirements per serving.

We are really disappointed in this result since we had pretty high hopes about the brand after seeing their impressive website.

Here’s a look at the ingredients:

  • Superfood Proprietary Blend (3g) – Organic Spirulina, Organic Barley Grass Juice, Organic Wheat Grass, Organic Chlorella, Organic Nettle Leaf
  • Organic Vegetable Proprietary Blend (3g) – Organic Carrot, Organic Beetroot, Organic Tomato, Organic Kale, Organic Spinach, Organic Parsley, Organic Broccoli, Organic Cauliflower
  • Organic Fruit Proprietary Blend (2.6g) – Organic Cranberry, Organic Apple, Organic Raspberry, Organic Blueberry, Camu Camu Fruit Extract
  • Antioxidant Proprietary Blend (206mg) – Grape Seed Extract, Grape Skin Extract
  • Enzyme Proprietary Blend (118mg) – Cellulase, Protease, Amylase, Lipase

Equilibrium Daily Fruit and Vegetable Blend are certified for being a Good Manufacturing Practice. And kudos to them for making this formula non-GMO, dairy-free, soy-free, and gluten-free.

But oddly enough, you will find that the only vitamin and minerals that have included breakdowns are Sodium and Iron.

You will find that they offer two flavors, natural (unflavored) and the crisp apple flavor. Both seem to be appealing to most people, and not a lot of reviews are complaining of a grass-like taste from either flavor.

On the webpage for Equilibrium Daily Fruit and Vegetable Blend, you will see there are just over 150 reviews, mainly all 5-stars with a few under that.

When looking at Amazon, we found there were just 21 reviews with an overall rating of 4.4 stars out of a possible 5. Keep in mind that this product is fairly new to the market, and a lot of people don’t take the time to write a review.

Here is a look at what people are saying:

Doesn’t taste bad and it’s a great supplement. I have felt better since I started taking it.S.

Great product!! I add it to my morning smoothie everyday. You can also just mix it with water and drink it plain.J.

This stuff is great to help get all the fruits and veggies you need and it is easy to digest which I’m big on!C.

I rely on it to get all my micro nutrients especially when knowing I have a weak digestive system that is likely not absorbing as much of the good stuff I need from food.K.

I know this powder is good for me and I will keep taking it, but I don’t like the taste.L.

Not thrilled with my choice of the unflavored/unsweetened blend. Will definitely get the Crisp Apple flavor on next purchase.J.

Other than one person experiencing some stomach issues (could’ve been from anything), the rest of the reviews seem to like Equilibrium Daily Fruit and Vegetable Blend.

Equilibrium Daily Fruit and Vegetable Blend comes in a tub with approximately 30 servings and is priced at $69.95. This means you will be paying $2.33 per serving.

They do offer a subscription where you can score a 15% discount if you want to have it automatically delivered every month to your home or office.

When choosing the subscription option, you will pay $59.46 for each tub of Equilibrium Daily Fruit and Vegetable Blend. That comes out to approximately $1.98 per serving.

We always suggest trying a product before opting for the subscription so that you aren’t stuck being committed to something you don’t like.

However, if you do like Equilibrium Daily Fruit and Vegetable Blend, then opting for the subscription can save you some serious cash over time.

They do ship Equilibrium Daily Fruit and Vegetable Blend all across the US for the flat-rate fee of just $4.95. If you reside outside of the United States, you will need to check with the website for the exact shipping charges for your country.

Note: If you spend over $99.00 (that’s just two tubs) and reside within the United States, you will qualify for the free shipping.

How does it compare to other brands on the market for its price? It’s a bit more than some of the other brands, and with the proprietary blends in it, you might want to go for a more transparent brand that costs less.

This wasn’t an easy decision based on the fact that the website and information provided are high-quality. Not to mention, they have a doctor behind the brains of the formula.

However, the use of proprietary blends always gets us because we are a real stickler for knowing the doses of anything we consume, especially when it comes to our nutrition and health.

Considering the price and the formula hiding the dosages for the ingredients, we can’t really recommend using this brand.

We are impressed that it does use mostly organic ingredients, and if, in the future, they change their labels to reveal the values of the ingredients, we would definitely take another look!
