Eurogenics Whole Greens Review

Ergogenics Whole GreensOrganic Whole Greens from Ergogenics nutrition is for those people who either don’t like, or don’t have the time to eat their vegetables. With a straightforward capsule or drink of powder, you will be able to absorb six servings of vegetables and more, all without suffering the bland taste or choking down vegetables that you don’t like.

Organic Whole Greens is packed with algae, vegetables from both land and sea, and even beneficial types of grasses. But is it really everything you need, and can it really replace the vegetables that you’ve been eating your entire life? We are going to look at Organic Whole Greens and do our best to find out.

We’ll do a deep dive directly into the super green, taking a look at exactly what is inside the drink. Then we’ll look at the benefits, customer reviews, and the price point.

This product is advertised as a sports supplement, designed not just for athletes but also for the common man. They are saying that their supplements are of good quality and are completely clean, without any artificial stuff or preservatives that you sometimes find in other supplements.

Every ingredient that they put inside of their supplements are organic and non-gmo, and they focus on the success and the health of everyone who buys one. There about page lists out the importance of removing artificial sweetness, additives, gums, and binders. They also talk about the importance of real food and ingredients in the supplements.

Finally, they end their about page by saying that they are committed to listening to their customers and always delivering high-quality products that will make the customer feel good.

While we see a bit about the company’s founder and its overall mission statement in the first paragraph, the rest of the about page talks about its products and what the company does. It would have been nice to see founder Ricky Mehta’s journey with supplements and what caused him to form the company inside the about page.

They talk a lot about the beneficial substances on the about page for the product but don’t quite go into what that does for your body. We do know that the drink contains proteins and protective phytochemicals.

The reported benefits are an improved immune system, the increased ability of the blood to detoxify, and support for the digestive system. Of course, with an enhanced immune system, your body will be better supported against sickness and more resistant to disease.

Additionally, the benefits include strengthening your energy, metabolism, and physical strength.

They show off that the product is gluten-free, soy-free, dairy-free, and sugar-free. This makes it perfect for those on vegan diets or those with food allergies to certain products. There aren’t a lot of people who can’t drink this supplement!

However, this product does contain caffeine from the Matcha Green Tea. However, unlike traditional coffee, Matcha caffeine is bound to the catechin molecules. Then it gets released over time into the bloodstream for completely sustained energy.

No more sugar crashes and fatigue after having a drink; instead, you get energy whenever the catechin is released into your bloodstream, and everything else remains untouched. Perfect for long term energy whenever you need it.

Unlike their competitors, Organic Whole Greens doesn’t contain any herbs, berries, or Lecithin. The herbs are often put into the supplement in minimal quantities, usually too small to be effective. The berries and lecithin are left out so they can pack in more green ingredients.

While all of these benefits are fine, they don’t say how the ingredients that are in the supplement will help you achieve them. We would like to see that on the page; otherwise, we must take their word for it.

Various vegetables in the market

Organic Whole Greens has a lot of stuff packed into it, mostly focusing on these key food families:

  • Algae
  • Sea vegetables
  • Green vegetables
  • Teas
  • Grasses

There are several ingredients packed into the supplement, and here are some that popped out to us:

  • Wakame
  • Irish moss
  • Kelp
  • Sea Lettuce
  • Cabbage
  • Spinach
  • Matcha Green Tea
  • Wheat Grass Juice
  • Barley Grass juice

Additionally, unlike several other supplement companies, they disclose every ingredient’s ingredient weight in the supplement. This allows those who buy it to see exactly how much of each substance is inside the supplement, and not many companies do this. But with Organic Whole Greens, you’ll be able to see exactly how much stuff you are putting into your body.

Let’s take a look at the different weights of some of the ingredients:

  • Wakame- 188 mg
  • Irish moss- 100 mg
  • Kelp- 100 mg
  • Sea Lettuce- 100 mg
  • Cabbage- 1881
  • Spinach- 188 mg
  • Matcha Green Tea- 188 mg
  • Wheat Grass Juice- 188 mg
  • Barley Grass Juice- 188 mg

These ingredient weights aren’t just on the website, but they are also on the back of every single bottle of supplement that you can buy. This commitment to transparency certainly elevates the company in our eyes and helps the consumers get an idea of what is going in their bodies.

The website only has four reviews, all of them five stars, and on other websites like Amazon and other stores, the reviews are five stars as well. So we can bet that the company knows what they are doing and knows exactly how to deliver a perfect product.

One of the reviews on the website says this:

A quick and easy way to ensure I am getting my 6 a day! I love this product! With Organic Whole Greens, I just take a quick tablespoon each morning, and I am done! With two young kids, time is of the essence, so I really appreciate the convenience. I love that the ingredients are organic, and I have peace of mind knowing that I am starting my day on a good footing.from Leila

With everything you need from this supplement inside a capsule or pill form, you can quickly add it to your morning routine and then get on with your day.

There aren’t a lot of reviews on the website, but there are reviews on other websites and store pages, all of them good. So we can trust that people really enjoy this product!

Of course, all the benefits and ease of use in the world isn’t worth much if the product is too expensive. So let’s take a look at the price of Organic Whole Greens.

You can get one of three options, all with the same health benefits. These are:

  • 420 g of powder
  • 210 g of powder
  • 360 V-Capsules

The 210 grams of powder is about 52 servings, the 420 grams is 105 servings, and the capsules are 40 servings. The price changes a bit whenever you buy the 420 gram option, although this is to be expected.

You can buy either one or buy multiples at a time, and there is no subscription service for it. The prices for each option are:

  • 420 g of powder- $54.75
  • 210 g of powder- $35.19
  • 360 V-Capsules- 33.63

Is it worth the price per serving? Well, for the 210 grams of powder, at 52 servings, that comes out to about $1.18 per serving. The 420 grams of powder at 105 servings comes to $1.91, and the capsules come out to $1.18 as well.

So you are paying around 1 dollar per serving with the two smaller options and about 2 dollars for the larger option. That is a pretty good deal, and while it is a little pricier up front, at least you have all the ingredient weights so you can see if the product contains what you need.

Since you only need to take one teaspoon of the powder, or one capsule, twice a day, this is a good supplement for the busy parent or worker twice a day. Additionally, we love how their ingredient weights aren’t just on the website but on every single bottle as well.

You can also easily see the serving size on every bottle and calculate its price per serving on the fly. With all that in mind, Organic Whole Greens is looking pretty good. However, while the supplement does tell you the benefits, it doesn’t tell you what the stuff inside the supplement does to get to them.

That plus the larger up front price might make us a bit hesitant to recommend the product if not for the extra information they gave us. The ingredient weight tips the scale back in favor of our recommendation.

At the very least, spend the money to get one container and give it a try. You’ll have enough capsules or powder to use the product for a while, so you can try it out and see its effects for yourself.
